Who this is for

Further is for both experienced and mid-level leaders who are managing teams of more than 2 people. They are high performers in a fast moving business but now need support to take their leadership skills to the next level.

Our content draws together theory from psychology, neuroscience and leadership best practices to unlock new levels of self awareness, self reflection and self regulation. A hybrid coaching and training experience, by the end of the journey participants will fully understand how to adapt their behaviour and shape their actions to positively drive performance in themselves and those around them.

HIGH TOUCH ONLINE TRAINING

Further is a fully remote experience which is perfect for global teams. The live modules are 2.5hrs in length and delivered by experienced executive coaches with small groups of up to 10 people. A balance of individual reflection, paired and group discussion and theory keep the sessions engaging and high impact. We are currently delivering virtual training for teams in the US, UK, EU and South East Asia.

The Coaching Mindset

OVERVIEW

In this module you will learn how to develop a coaching leadership style as a manager of people. With a balance of theory, group discussion, self reflection and practical exercises this is an interactive and thought-provoking introduction to coaching which will your improve the quality of communication and relationships at work. Class sizes are typically 10-12 people to enable a rich group discussion and learning environment.

Topics covered include:

  • The difference between coaching, mentoring and managing

  • Situational leadership styles

  • The right situations to use coaching

  • Active listening

  • Powerful questions

  • Coaching conversations using the GROW model

Leading with Feedback

2 HOUR MASTERCLASS - VIRTUAL OR F2F

This two hour module will help you give better feedback and get better feedback in return.

This session covers:

  • The importance of feedback and the ideal ratio of positive vs constructive

  • The neuroscience behind why we react to feedback

  • A framework to deliver better feedback

  • How to ask for better feedback

This pacey session is a mixture of theory, group discussion, self reflection with a practical exercise and worksheet which can be put into practice immediately.
