How are you inspiring others and sharing your vision? What are your default styles and how are these impacting others? What do you value in others? How are you bringing others with you on the journey? We’ll explore all of these questions in depth to unlock new levels of self awareness for you and your team.
REFOCUSING YOUR PRIORITIES
Where’s the most valuable focus for your time and energy? What do you need to delegate or let go of? We’ll identify the most valuable areas for you and those around you so you can laser-focus your strengths on the right things.
DECISION MAKING
CLARITY
How are decisions made in your business? Who’s responsible, how are those communicated and where are things falling between the gaps? We’ll define your decision making principles, org structure risks and help you close the gaps with a clear plan of action.
FOUNDING TEAM
DYNAMICS
Not all partnerships are smooth sailing, sometimes things feel less equitable and balanced that you’d like. We’ll explore your peer relationships and how to reset and communicate your boundaries and needs.
ENHANCING TEAM PERFORMANCE
Who’s in your senior team? How are they contributing and where are they lacking? What roles are you missing? We’ll work with you to create individual development plans for each person so you’re supported for growth and able to give clear feedback for them to act on.
