Who this is for
Coachable’s flagship Further programme is for both experienced and mid-level leaders who are managing teams of more than 2 people. They are high performers in a fast moving business but now need support to take their leadership skills to the next level.
Our content draws together theory from psychology, neuroscience and leadership best practices to unlock new levels of self awareness, self reflection and self regulation. A hybrid coaching and training experience, by the end of the journey participants will fully understand how to adapt their behaviour and shape their actions to positively drive performance in themselves and those around them.
HIGH TOUCH ONLINE TRAINING
Further is a fully remote experience which is perfect for global teams. The live modules are 2.5hrs in length and delivered by experienced executive coaches with small groups of up to 10 people. A balance of individual reflection, paired and group discussion and theory keep the sessions engaging and high impact. We are currently delivering virtual training for teams in the US, UK, EU and South East Asia.
