The Coaching Mindset
ONE DAY MASTERCLASS
This one day training event will help you learn how to develop a coaching mindset as a manager of people.
Topics covered include the core coaching skills of listening and questioning, the GROW model for coaching conversations and situational leadership styles.
With a balance of theory, group discussion, self reflection and practical exercises this is an interactive and thought-provoking introduction to coaching which will your improve relationships at work and at home.
Class sizes are typically 12 people to enable a rich group discussion and learning environment.
Leading with Feedback
2 HOUR MASTERCLASS
This two hour training session will help you give better feedback and get better feedback in return.
This session covers:
The importance of feedback and the ideal ratio of positive vs constructive
The neuroscience behind why we react the way we do when we receive feedback
A framework to deliver better feedback
A framework to ask for better feedback
This pacey session is a mixture of theory, group discussion, self reflection with a practical exercise and worksheet which can be put into practice immediately.
