Great teams don’t happen overnight. They take work and attention. Remote working has made team work even harder in the last few years with dysfunctions and relationship conflict creeping in to the gaps that have formed with virtual and async communication.

Cove works with leaders to transform groups into high performing teams with our 6-12 month team programmes. Working with both the individuals and the team as a whole to create new awareness and understanding of skills, strengths and needs. Then co-designing team operating models which improve how the team get things get done together. And keeping it all on track with regular team check ins to storm, reform and iron out the issues.

We can support team development at all levels of a company from boards to product teams, but the Cove Team Programme is an investment suited for senior leadership teams at the highest level of a company.
